VM! Comment: Regarding #2, "Good" needs to get to "Excellent" but we have absolutely no tolerance for "Fair". We now provide guests with a list of the various items in the home. This is in addition to measures we already take in an effort to have guests feel comfortable with the various items in the home and how they operate.
